If you’re coming, please try and get your details to us as soon as possible, so that we can estimate numbers and prepare appropriate amounts of food, etc. If possible try and send names of individuals from particular areas in groups, so that a voucher system can operate.We will try and ensure that everyone’s billeting needs are meet appropriately, e.g if wanted we can try and arrange that smokers stay with other smokers, vegans with other vegans, etc
There is a central sleeping space that can be used if necessary, but it is cold & uncomfortable & next to a busy road. You would need a sleeping bag & a mat at the minimum. This option should only be a last resort.
